ABSTRACT
The article presents five pressing questions pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. should take note when considering to enter the social media scene. It highlights the regulatory and litigation risks posed by social media for pharmaceutical companies and mentions the significant role of social media in the healthcare system. Among of the question need to consider are increasing the social media presence, fair balance of the company's social site, and off-label use of a company's product.
