ABSTRACT
The article shows the value of the student surveys, particularly Professor Ron Ferguson's Tripod survey, used in public schools in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to appraise the skills of classroom teachers. Topics discussed include three age-appropriate or grade-specific versions of the Tripod survey for use with students, and the modifications to the Tripod Project to accommodate students needing assistance. It looks forward to the engagement of teachers in the student feedback process.
