ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to the Israel as of August 26, 2014. Israel and Palestine have agreed on an indefinite ceasefire for Gaza. U.S. President Barack Obama pledged his support to Israel's right to take action on the aggression by terrorist group Harakat al-Muqawamah al-Islamiyah and expressed concern over the escalation of the conflict between both parties.
