ABSTRACT
In order to make the jacquard fiber hanging fabric to achieve static and dynamic design gradually transform shining shows at the same time, we adopt the interweaves of optical fibers and common yams. By designing six double weft fabric structure of four groups of optical fibers and two groups of common yarns, some functions like "image overlying", "colour replacing" and "protecting colour" in weave CAD are used in order to overlie the drafting of a static shining pattern formed with 2 sets of optical fiber, a transform shining pattern composed of 2 sets of optical fiber and a scene-like decorative pattern formed with a set of conventional weft. Then notation file is prepared by designing the weft row, main paper clip, assistant needle and sample card. Next, use jacquard weaving machine to make 6 double weft optical fiber jacquard fabric. Finally, by the utilization of the light of LED, the design of electronic circuit, to get a pattern can be controlled shining, static and dynamic display of optical fiber as wall-mounted scene jacquard fabric.
