ABSTRACT
The article looks at the reform of the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), based on the condition of the German turnaround in energy policy. It highlights relevant changes introduced by the reformed EEG 2014, which aims to increase renewable energy sources' share in the gross electricity consumption. The effect of the elements of the reform on investors in renewable energy sources is explored.
