RETHINKING the Work force Dilemma

The article highlights the research findings of the 2013 Leadership Commission Report by the Professional Services Council. Noted is that a number of acquisition leaders from both public and private entities had considered to rethink the acquisition workforce. Added is the growing frustration and concern surrounding the new generation of acquisition professionals due to acculturation and skill gap. Indicated is that the workforce has become better prepared and resourced than the previous.
