Saving energy and resources and protecting the environment is closely related to the sustainable development of our country and the people's happiness, so we should take on actions conscientiously, change the economic development mode, lessen the energy consumption per Gross Domestic Production, at the same time, we should conduct energy saving and environment protection propaganda, wake up the people's consciousness, lay down applicable laws and regulations and put them into effect, then the energy & resources saving and environment goal can be achieved.
