ABSTRACT
In this paper, the acute toxicity test were used to study the effects of different concentrations of suspended solids on the growth of Nitzsohia closterium. The research result showed that the effects of different concentration of suspended solids on the growth of Nitzsohia closterium were very significantly( P <0.01); The relationship between concentration of suspended solids and the inhibition rate of Nitzsohia closterium growth were linear, the half inhibition concentration of Nitzsohia closterium 48h-EC50 was 4.27g/L, r=0.9329, 96 h-EC50 was 4.47g/L, r = 0.9388.
