ABSTRACT
Chapter 1 of the book "Careers With a Conscience" is presented. The corporate social responsibility (CSR) guidelines has been viewed important to the success of the firm wherein the environmental, social and ethical initiatives are discussed in the firm's CSR report. It highlights the components of the CSR observed by the socially responsible companies which includes human rights, fair treatment to employees, and business ethics.
