ABSTRACT
The article presents information about the book "From Widgets to Digits: Employment Regulation for the Changing Workplace," by Katherine Van Wezel Stone. The book calls for the creation of a comprehensive labor and employment law that is suited to today's new workplace but that retains established protections for workers in the old workplace. The book proposes a new legal framework devised to address problems of increasing social inequality, the staging of questions of human capital ownership, and the focus on the need for social justice within what Stone calls the boundary-less workplace.
