ABSTRACT
The article presents economic and political risk assessment for Hungary. Outlooks on the stability of the government of Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany are presented. The country receives a long-term economic risk rating of 63.6 and a short-term risk rating of 47.1. Economic growth is expected to slow, but fiscal deficit is likely to improve.
