ABSTRACT
The author questions the refusal of theatres and schools to participate in the scheme of many organizations involving the sending of gifts to people or other institutions in the hopes of being reciprocated with donations of money. The author speculated that the scheme must work if so many organizations are resorting to it, and wondered why theatres would not use the technique to raise funds for expenses.
