ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's views on the bullying attitude of students, and discusses its harms and suggests ways to prevent it. It is stated that bullying at school can lead to low self-esteem and depression among the bullied, thus affecting their academic performance. According to the author, the victims of bullying need the support of school and their parents to re-establish their self-esteem, whereas the bullies need guidance to develop a positive behavioral approach.
