ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the principle outlined by President George Bush for economic-stimulus plan. He states that the president emphasis the need on helping small businesses and points out that if American small businesses were a separate economy, it would be the world's third-largest. He added that to avoid recession it is a good time to consider an economic-stimulus package which Congress is now doing. The author provided some of the important provisions included in the stimulus package.
