ABSTRACT
The author offers his views on the quality of coffee served in New Zealand coffee outlets. He says that those found in the country, whether small or bog, have the so-called X factor. He says that he believes that the simple formula to this is best quality, service and price, a simple formula which requires real effort to implement and maintain.
