ABSTRACT
The article offers views on a District Federal Court decision in the Oregon school law case. According to the author, the campaign is waged primarily against the Catholic school as well as on the American constitution. The author claims that the case serves as eye-opener for people that some sources of bigotry, hatred and ignorance must be destroyed or the principles upon which the government rests must fall.
