ABSTRACT
The author offers opinions on Great Britain's military policy and appropriations for its armed forces. While it is acknowledged that cuts in military spending are inevitable given the country's budget, it is argued that Great Britain must maintain its capability to have its conventional non-nuclear armed forces operate internationally.
