The author reflects on how mentoring has helped her achieve a senior-level position in the legal publication industry in the U.S. The author shares her mentoring experiences while working for an unpaid internship in a magazine, as well as with the legal publication. The author points that mentoring is critical in developing the career of women lawyers.
