This informal autobiographical essay offers assurance for want- to-be psychics and mediums. In Part I the author's infrequent paranormal experiences serve as how-to examples. Part II relates that although Spiritualism made her aware of her own extrasensory perception, she criticizes Spiritualist church philosophy. Part III discusses healing, and mediumistic occurrences and a way that communication with the Afterlife can be proven.
