ABSTRACT
An essay is presented on the role of moderation in reason, exuberance, athleticism and liberty (REAL) wellness and nutrition. The author provides an overview of the series of structured online courses developed and taught by T. Colin Campbell which include one on nutrition fundamentals, diseases of affluence and plant-based principles in practice. Also emphasized is the need for person who have WFPB to follow moderation.
