ABSTRACT
An interview with U.S. President Barack Obama is presented. When asked about the Buy America clause of the economic stimulus bill he signed into law, he states that one of the most important things during a worldwide recession is that each country does not resort to beggar thy neighbor policies. He mentions that his administration is committed to making sure that even as they take steps to strengthen the U.S. economy that they are doing so in a way that overtime will enhance the ability of trading partners, like Canada, to work within their boundaries.
