ABSTRACT
An interview with yoga teacher Pandit Rajmani Tigunait is presented. When asked about his yoga practice he responds that his guru, Swami Rama, taught him about Tantra yoga. He explains that Tantra integrates the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of life. Tigunait describes teaching Living Tantra to yoga students.
