ABSTRACT
An interview with Lorna Ross, head of Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation's Design Group, is presented. Ross sees that Redesigning the Practice project of Mayo Clinic receives much scrutiny because of its existing practice. She notes that the engagement of people in the creation process does not work as planned though it is great.
