ABSTRACT
The author focuses on U.S. President Donald Trump's move to build a great wall on the southern border between the U.S. and Mexico, and asking Mexico to pay for it. He mentions refusal of Mexican officials to pay for the wall. He states that the U.S. might impose a 25 percent surtax on any income from made from any U.S. property owned by a Mexican national in order to raise money for the wall and mentions that this funding is in accord with the 1992 bilateral U.S.-Mexico Income Tax Treaty.
