ABSTRACT
This article discusses how U.S. President Barack Obama's economic stimulus bill has been diluted and does not properly address the revival of the economy. The author argues that Obama's political choices have compromised the effectiveness of the program. Obama's inclusion of money for high-speed rail and improvement of medical records technology are cited as examples of money invested in worthwhile programs that will take years to be used and to help the economy.
