ABSTRACT
In this article the author reflects on the issues concerning the effort of U.S. House Majority leader Nancy Pelosi in supporting impeachment proceedings against former U.S. President George W. Bush and others. He discusses her opinion in prosecuting U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and presents evidences on their involvement in the issue of torture in U.S. prisons. He further comments on the stand of U.S. President Barrack Obama on the said issue.
