ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's opinion on the plan of Ted Strickland, governor of Ohio, and Barack Obama, president of the U.S., to provide Ohio would get 400 million dollar to construct a rail line that will connect Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati. The author tells that the proposed rail line will require continued taxpayer subsidies and it will create job only for companies providing the rail cars and ancillary services.
