ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's comments on race diversity in senior management of business enterprises in Great Britain. She says that white employees still dominate the senior management level in most of the companies. According to her, private and public sector companies are trying to address this issue, but change is slow. She also talks about a research, being conducted by the organization Race for Opportunity to find out how people from ethnic minorities are faring in higher education.
