ABSTRACT
In this article the author comments on the plight of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. He states that he is in favor of the two state solution that would bring about an end to the Arab Israel conflict. A number of topics are addressed including the opinion on the issue held by U.S. president Barack Obama, the actions of the Israeli government against the Gaza Strip, and the U.S. reaction to the election of the Hamas political party in the region.
