ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the role of different social networks in customer relations management (CRM). According to the author, there are two kinds of people in his stream: social CRM practitioners commenting on what's good or bad about Google+, and industry experts calling for mind share with Facebook. The author says that Twitter is where he posts and receives news and information; and YouTube is the best source for how-to information.
