ABSTRACT
Information about several papers discussed at the 2nd International Freiberg Conference held on May 9-10, 2007 in Freiberg, Germany is presented. The topics included the integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) projects in Western Europe, the effect of carbon dioxide capture on gas-turbines and the benefits of air integration between gas turbine and oxygen plant. The event also featured several executives from power energy industry.
