ABSTRACT
The article reports Australian Library and Information Association's (ALIA) 70th anniversary celebration held at the State Library of Victoria on August 20, 2007. Former presidents Bill Linklater, Bev Kirby and Craig Anderson cut the cake during the occasion. An award for services to the New Grads were given to Moyra McAllister and Margie Anderson. Among those who attended the event include former presidents Bruce Davidson and Ann Forbes.
