ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Hungarian Communist Party's 10th party congress in Budapest, Hungary. The congress discussed economic reform in Hungary, which include instituting private-enterprise incentives in the country. At the meeting, Soviet Party leader Leonid Brezhnev said as long as the Communist Party retained its supremacy in all aspects of the country's life, the Hungarian party's approach meets with the full understanding and complete sympathy of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
