ABSTRACT
This article present information on chronology of events of importance around the world, as of November 2003. The U.S. Senate on November 3, 2003 approved by voice vote the $87.5 billion that U.S. President George W. Bush has sought for U.S. military forces in Iraq and for helping to rebuild the country. On November 17, 2003 Arnold Schwarzenegger was sworn in as governor of California, succeeding former governor Gray Davis, recalled from office in October by voters, who chose the famous actor to replace him.
